Postage and Delivery

We aim to dispatch all orders the same day they are received. Occasionally when unavoidable, orders will be sent the 2nd business day. Standard Australia Post Express Post charges apply, based on the weight/size of your order. This will be automatically calculated for you at check out.
You will receive an email confirmation once your parcel has been dispatched, as well as a tracking number which you can use to stalk, er track, your exciting imminent arrival.

Out of Stock Items

Occasionally items which are out of stock can still appear on the website if it hasn’t been updated immediately before you place your order. We operate a manual inventory system so although we do our absolute best to ensure all items showing available are indeed in stock, sometimes items do sell out before this happens. If this occurs, we will contact you and discuss whether you would like an alternative size/style etc, and if not we will offer you a full refund.

Lay-by Policy

We offer a Lay-by service on full priced items for a period of four weeks from the initial date of purchase.
A non-refundable deposit to the value of 30% of the total purchase price is required to begin a lay-by. The customer is required to pay the remaining balance owing within the following four week period. Failing this, the Store will contact the customer with a friendly reminder advising their lay-by has fallen over due. If after five weeks from date of purchase the customer has not yet finalised their lay-by the Store reserves the right to cancel the lay-by and return the item back into stock. Lay-by items forfeit the refund, exchange and credit note policies that are available to items which are paid for upfront, and are considered ‘final-sale’, so please lay-by carefully.

Returns and Exchange Policy

If you’re not madly in love with your new purchase we will cheerfully provide a full refund, no hard feelings.
If you would like to return an item please drop us an email within 2 days of receipt to let us know your intention to do so. Then pop it in a trackable post pack and we’ll issue your refund as soon as it arrives back to us. Just make sure the labels/tags are still attached, items are unworn and unused, and in their original condition.

Unfortunately earrings, Sale and Lay-by items cannot be returned for either refund or exchange.

The postage costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer. We do not take responsibility for lost or misplaced refunds, therefore we advise you return your goods in a trackable parcel.
Refunds can take up to 7 days to appear in your account.
